Body Glove team rider Alex Gray, Elijah Mack, and 80s PSSA legend Scott “Grandpa” Daley head East to rip the Lunch Counter Rapids in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. While the Lunch Counter rapids will never be confused with Backdoor Pipeline, the boys threw down a few sweet carves, and unlike Backdoor, when you fall in the Snake River, you get swept downstream 1/4 mile making for a good hike back to the “peak”.

That looked like a lot of fun. How sketchy it must have been to see that huge raft full of people coming at you. Great clip and Alex you’re a pretty great guy too. Good to see you all had fun out there.

Gotta give it up to them for trying something different. Next time you guys need to hook up with the http://www.mobgroup.tv crew. One of their boys Gavin Sutherland surfed the Zambezee river with a tube! Way gnarlier but along the same guide lines. Did I mention two guys died the day before they (GAVIN & BEEKER) showed up. Yeah, also check out the WakeUp movie that crew produced mind blowing.. Cause sometimes surfing the same coast gets old like everyting else in life. Boats make waves to surf anywhere any time & it holds beer,chicks,music & lot more other things you could imagine

About the Barrel wave in Africa.
Two Guys did not die the day before Gavin(Great Guy!)and Billy Bryan (Spineless!) arrived to the Zambezi. It was one man and I pulled him from the water. It was sad and even worse the writer for Surfing mag used it as a storyline and misrepresented the whole ordeal. The man was trying swim simple living assets across the river from Zambia to Zimbabwia. This is common as the people are starving and would risk there life for some sugar or cooking oil. Nuff Said!
Alex Gray is a great kid and it shows that Body Glove is a leader in our sport for looking beyond the norm.
