That was a really good clip. I would have felt really sketched to ride some of those warbly barrels though, they kept looking like they would close out.
In regards to the interview though, I understand these guys are underpaid for what they do but for them to say that they put their lives on the line for such small pay really bothers me. And I say this because if you go out on any big day whether it's J-Bay, Pipe, or some crazy slab in Australia you'll find a number guys working 9-5 jobs who get absolutely no pay at all for surfing but they do it because they love it and it feels good. They're not getting paid a penny to go out and surf but yet they still put their lives on the line.

To say you are underpaid compared to tennis players etc doesn't really make sense. You are only worth what someone is prepared to pay. The reason tennis players earn more is because they influence far more people so are of more use to the companies they endorse or the event sponsors.
