This Saturday Uncle Mike Walters launched his new board company 21-13. He invited everyone over to his Oceanside house/jungle/party yard/shaping bay for some of his grilled perfections, on his birthday nonetheless, and to groove on the sounds of Ray Barbee, feel up the new 21-13s, and just enjoy a mellow afternoon.
