July 15-17, 2011 marked Spy’s 1st mid Atlantic regional Boot Camp as well as the 7th annual Reef Sweetwater Pro Am.

In celebration of International Surf Day, the good folks at Spy Optics got together with TransWorld SURF and more local brands for a beach clean up at Ponto Jetty in Carlsbad, CA.
After an injury kept him off the radar for a while, Maui's surfing savant Clay Marzo has been on a tear of late. After a trip to Peru in January he snagged the cover of TransWorld SURF and has been blowing up on the web and other magazines ever since.
