After three consecutive lay-days, the Quiksilver Pro Puerto Escondido roared back to life with firing six-to-eight foot barrels at Playa Zicatela to decide all but two of the event’s Quarterfinalists.
“We’ve only got small surf available and with plenty of time remaining in the waiting period there is no need to run the contest in poor conditions,” Contest Director Gary Linden said.
