Day 1 of the Billabong Pipe Masters in Memory of Andy Irons, the third and final stop on the Vans Triple Crown of Surfing (an ASP Specialty Series) got underway today, with Rounds 1 and 2 completed in challenging six foot (2 metre) waves at the Banzai Pipeline on Oahu’s North Shore.

After nearly a week of lay days, the O’Neill Women’s World Cup of Surfing will be back on this morning in two-to four foot (1 metre) surf at Sunset Beach following the men’s ASP PRIME Round of 32.
The Festival will be taking place at the Mokuleia Polo Field on December 3rd, 4th and 5th, with feature and short films, DJ and live music on Sunday Night with Titus Kinimaka and the Kauai Boys. Gates will open at 5 pm on Friday and there will be food and drinks available to the public.
The O’Neill Women’s World Cup of Surfing is off again today, but the men’s ASP PRIME action will hit the water with heats running at both Sunset and Kammies to capitalize on the building swell on offer.
Event officials at the O’Neill Women’s World Cup of Surfing were forced to call competition off for a fifth consecutive day with nearly no surf on offer at Sunset Beach, but are expecting the arrival of a new swell which will have competition back on tomorrow.
A fourth consecutive lay day has been called for the O’Neill Women’s World Cup of Surfing with minimal one foot (.5 metre) surf prevailing at Sunset Beach.

The 3-day HIC Pro, presented by Vans, will begin this morning in big surf at Sunset Beach on Oahu's North Shore. All of the up-to-the-minute action can be followed on the live website. Wave face heights of 20 feet, with swell out of the north-west have set the stage for the first of three days of competition.

Red Bull Rivals is a one day surf event pitting Oahu’s legendary shores, North Shore and South Shore, against each other. Top surfers from each shore will battle it out in a head-to-head surf competition for ultimate island bragging rights. To keep things fair, the event will again be held on the Eastside of Oahu at Sandy Beach, which is neutral territory.
