Islands were flooded, people were lost at sea, and buoys went off the charts. Here's a glimpse of this weekend's low+Hurricane Ida remnants that graced the East Coast with all the above and a little bit of heaven, a la the Dirty Jersey.

Last week the remnants of Hurricane Ida traveled up the East Coast on land only to reach the northeast, swing offshore, and pummel the northeast with major coastal flooding. Here's a recap of the destruction, and stay tuned later today for a photo gallery of the clean surf from over the weekend.
