The inaugural Yop Reunion Surf Pro Junior, an ASP 3-Star Men’s event running along with the ASP 2-Star Rexona Girls Pro Junior, saw the crowning of local heroes Maxime Huscenot (St Gilles, REU), 19, and Joanne Defay (St Leu, REU), 17, both claiming this year’s ASP European Junior Series opening event in great fashion.

Miguel Pupo from Brazil leads the leads the best under 20 surfers in the world, while Tyler Wright does the same for the girls at day 1 of the ASP World Junior Championships currently going down at iconic North Narrabeen in Australia.

The return of Nelly's Magic Moments sees the Gold Coast of Australia from all angles—water, beach, and even a helicopter.

French grom Maxime Huscenot wins the prestigious Quiksilver "King Of The Groms" contest held in conjunction with the 2008 Quiksilver Pro France.

With the cancellation of this year's last event in Portugal, Maxime Huscenot (REU) and Alizee Arnaud (FRA) officially became the 2008 Association of Surfing Professionals (ASP) European Junior Champions respectively in the male and female divisions clinching their maiden regional crowns after a very consistent season.
