Yesterday morning in Gracetown, Western Australia at a spot called South Point, a 31-year-old surfer (later identified as Nicholas Edwards) was killed by what experts and witnesses are calling a "huge" Great White shark.

On August 25, 2009, a swimmer was attacked 100 yards off shore at a popular Southern California surf spot by what appears to be a juvenile Great White Shark.
