After being convicted of murdering professional surfer Emery Kauanui, "Bird Rock Bandits" gang member Seth Cravens will be re-sentenced as per a judge's ruling today.

Orlando Osuna Wright, 24, Matthew Yanke, 23, and Eric House, 22, were all taken into custody by agents with the San Diego Fugitive Task Force on Monday and Tuesday and are being held in county jail without bail, Deputy U.S. Marshal Omar Castillo said.
