This film contest features short five minutes films of surfing/skating from Grom filmmakers under the age of 19. Jake Shimabukuro, one of the best ukulele players in the world, comes to Oceanside Friday, November 20th. The concert will be held at the Grace Theater, located at 102 North Freeman Street, Oceanside, CA.
