TransWorld SURF’s Surprise Excitement Party screening Saturday October 15th at 6:30 pm at the Brooks Theater as part of the California Surf Festival!

The California Surf Festival is coming once again to Oceanside and this year will feature the Hot Grom Shorts Film Contest. Kids 19 years and under can try their hand at making their very own surf or skate film that will play if chosen for the festival. Films must be made by kids and be under 5 minutes in length.
