  I am a film student in Santa Barbara who wanted to film the Rincon Classic for one of my school projects.


  I have tried e-mailing and calling Chris Keet who I believe is the director of this years contest. But I have yet to hear back from him.


 Does anybody know the rules and or regulations about the public filming at the Rincon Classic?
