Hey there,
I'm planning on making the move from Park City, UT to San Diego in the next year or so and am trying to do some research on surf boards…I know beginners are supposed to begin on a long board but I would prefer not to. I've never surfed before but am an advanced snowboarder (does that help?) Anyways give me some feedback and maybe some suggestions on a good started short board if possible…

Something in the 7'6 foot range to 9'0 is good for learning…. Ideally the bigger the board, the easier it is to learn, but you probably want something you can grow into a bit also. Give us a call when you are in san diego and I can show you some boards…
