(08/19/09) - The Golden Ticket: Steph Wins Teen Choice Awards' “Female Action Sports Athlete of the Year”

The Teen Choice Award is a pretty interesting award to win, especially because, well, I wasn’t invited to the show and they never told me I won! Haha. So I watched most of the show on TV and thought it was classic how the whole program has a surfing theme and the trophies are even surfboards, but action sports is basically left out. The best was watching Britney Spears march in, snatch her board/trophy off Miley Cyrus, say “Thanks y'all” and sprint off stage before anyone could even clap! Haha, she's my hero!

Anyways, I'm pretty stoked to win a teen choice award. Thanks to everyone who voted for me! Maybe next year my Wonka luck will buy me a chocolate bar containing the golden ticket to the show?!
