January, 6, 2009: North Narrabeen – Futures Fins team rider Bethany Hamilton (HAW), 18, gets 2nd place in a hard-fought Final at the Billabong ASP World Junior Championships.

“I’m really happy with my performance at this event,” Hamilton said. “To make the Final is really good for me. I haven’t had a good result in a while so hopefully this will give me some confidence for the rest of the year.

Bethany was riding the F4 Glass Fin that is extremely responsive and is a great all around fin in any conditions.
