“Damon will be an amazing asset to ERGO and we are stoked to have him on board,” says ERGO vice president, Pete DiSpirito. “Damon’s industry experience, solid relationships and enthusiastic attitude will heavily contribute to keeping our momentum going and bringing our brand to the next level.
Damon boasts a strong sales background, holding prominent positions at a number of respected companies in the industry; He held a marketing position at Rusty surfboards and apparel, launched OAM (On A Mission) surf accessories, headed up sales at Creatures of Leisure; was vice president of sales for Ambiguous clothing, national sales manager with Insight and most recently at Allyance.
