(November 24, 2008) – Heavywater Magazine is teaming up with HIC (Hawaii Island Creations) and LOST for the most stunning “DISCO” fundraiser on the island.
 
THE DISCO is set for Saturday, December 20th at The Waterfront at Aloha Tower which will feature great entertainment (talent updates at HNLnow.com).  Also, there will be an exciting “Get Your Strut On” fashion show showcasing HIC’s and LOST’s SPRING LINES, among others.   Thousands of dollars in surfboards, clothing, and other products will also be given away.

As with every Heavywater event, THE DISCO is a fundraiser for a local non-profit organization. Proceeds from the event will go to Surfrider Foundation Oahu Chapter. Surfrider Foundation Oahu Chapter’s mission is the protection and enjoyment of the world's oceans, waves and beaches for all people through conservation, activism, research and education.
