Less than a week away, and the guys over at BAYVI HAWAII have been in full swing with the final preparations for their debut at the Action Sports Retailer Show, San Diego.
What once started in 2004 as a 200 person network in Hawaii has quickly grown into a global network of over 10,000 dedicated followers from regions including Australia, UK, USA, and a recent distributorship arrangement in Japan–thanks in large part to a creative and well-organized marketing strategy. “It’s always about the ground-up approach for us. That’s what has defined our brand from the beginning; it’s what you can count on us to continue; and importantly, that’s what we enjoy,” commented Owner Ron Peterson.
According to Owner George Pai, “We’re definitely looking forward to our debut ASR show and the release of our new cut & sew lines. We’ve been noticing a significant shift in the buying strategy of many of the shops. There are a lot of shops out there looking for something different and creative, something refreshing and connected–even more so in times like these. We’re a young-minded company with a young network connected with a voice of a new generation. That’s what has defined our brand and that’s what we offer to our selected accounts.”
