We here at TransWorld SURF are extremely proud to announce the addition of Oahu native Zak Noyle to the TransWorld SURF Photo Team. Zak has photography flowing through his veins thanks to his dad, Ric, who’s a talented and highly successful photographer in his own right.
You’ll find the 23-year old Punahou (same school as President Barack Obama!) graduate swimming the waters of the North Shore—mostly big ass Pipeline—all winter and then cruising the South Shore during the summer months. A fearless fisheye photographer, he routinely swims right next to the best of the best on the biggest of days. We’re stoked to bring Zak onto the team and look forward to many more beautiful and inspiring images from him in 2009 and beyond. Welcome Zak!
