The Last Secret Spot On Earth with Bruce Irons, Benji Weatherley (pictured), Jay Davies, Garut Widiarta, Marlon Gerber, and Rizal Tanjung.
As seen in the newest issue of TransWorld SURF, in late July we sent an all-star cast of rippers to one of the world’s last secret spots somewhere out in the Indian Ocean. Suffice to say, with a cover of Bruce and a big feature, they scored big time. Team leader and tube maestro Rizal Tanjung is tight-lipped about this spot. We begged him for a half hour straight to drop a hint and he just laughed: “You come to Bali and I’ll take you there—but I’m going to blindfold you on the way.” Enjoy and good luck trying to find it…

ha, hardly a secret spot. these waves are on the south coast of sumbawa. got the left pretty good one time, but definitely wasn't surfing that outer ledge. heavy!! you can get here using the ferry to lombok and then overland to sumbawa. or just fly. ask the locals around scars to take you over there. sweeeeet!!

Photo incentive money for pro surfers, photogs, and surf journalists have ruined more than one surf spot.
