The last time we checked the voting for the WPS All-Star Expression Session during the U.S. Open, Basque surfer Aritz Aranburu was leading the ratings by a mile…until some marketing peeps got a hold of the voting and turned it onto it’s head.
That said some of the world’s most popular surfers were voted into a special expression session that will go down during the final two days of the Hurley U.S. Open Of Surfing at Huntington Beach Pier July 20-26. While there’s sure to be some controversy and bitter pills to swallow, the results are in and set in stone…

Jordy, Taj, Dane, and Bruce have an equal chance to win this… Jordy, Taj, and Dane pull the sickest moves I’ve ever seen, but Bruce just blasts HUGE airs off the lip. Should be fun to watch.

Who’s going to win? The question is who is going to show up? Chances of Bruce showing up?None! Replacement Brett Simpson. Chances of Taj showing up? None! Replacement Pat O. Chances of Dane showing up? Well that depends on how much Quik presses him? But i think his replacement will be Ryan Hurley. My guess is a HURLEY guy will win it but the few Surfers who actually watch it will all think Jordy won. Just a guess though. Yadin? thats funny!
