An amazing day of action (sorry guys no bikinis in this gallery…it was raining) from round 4 and the quarterfinals of the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast which was held in between Kirra and Coolangatta Beach. The semifinalists were decided and with today being the last day of the waiting period, the Dream Tour season opening event will end later today…watch all the action live at www.quiksilverpro.com.

Semi 1: Mick Fanning vs. Joel Parkinson ( Too close to call!)

Semi 2: Adriano De Souza vs. Taj Burrow (You have to go with Taj on this one but Adriano has proved capable of beating anyone)
