LAKEWOOD, NJ., (December 17, 2008) ? ERGO is proud to announce that it will become the official clothing sponsor of the Eastern Surfing Association (ESA) for the upcoming 2009 competition season.

“We are really excited about our partnership with the ESA, the largest amateur surfing association in the world,” says Rob Sickel, president of ERGO. “This partnership will not only help raise brand awareness and open doors, but will also allow us to give back even more to the East Coast which has been lacking in our industry for a while now.”

As the official clothing sponsor, ERGO will supply contest jerseys for 26 districts on the East Coast, Gulf Coast, Great Lakes and Puerto Rico/Caribbean and will also have a presence with pop-up tents and the ERGO bus at all major regional events as well as the prestigious Eastern Surfing Championships.

“I couldn’t be more excited about our partnership with ERGO – they certainly have a pulse on the surf and skate apparel market,” says Debbie Hodges, executive director of the ESA. “We are looking forward to working together with ERGO to make the 2009 competition season a fantastic one.”
