Not for the faint of heart—or those who disdain frontal male nudity, foul language, vomiting, alcohol abuse, and overall mayhem… Anyway, without further ado, here’s Volcom’s “proof-of-challenges-completed” video they supplied to us for the 2008 Cali Rally…sit back and enjoy.
Background info on the Cali Rally
The Cali Rally was done last July and featured four teams (Volcom, Billabong, …Lost, and Hurley) of four surfers plus a team manager, photographer and videographer. They were given a book of challenges that varied from making out with a cougar to surfing naked at Steamer Lane to riding a wave across the US/Mexico border. Needless to say, it was chaotic, scary, disgusting, and more fun than anyone could have foreseen.
