Cote’s Cube: Eat Poke, Break Da Mouth
The 2013 I Love Poke Fest is coming back to San Diego on May 29, and if you’ve ever had Poke, you know that this is a dream event for lovers of this tropical delight! Cote’s Cube went to Saint Archer Brewing Co. to meet up with last year’s “Any Kine” Poke Champion, chef Antonio Friscia of Gaijin Noodle + Sake House for a quick refresher course on our favorite raw fish dish. Oh, and of course we HAD to figure out which type of Saint Archer beer would best pair with fresh Poke.
