The latest webisode from the Coffin brothers comes from Bali. And we titled it Young Wise Tail (notice no “s”) because Parker unfortunately did not make it to Bali—he was just winning another Surfing America Prime event.
Conner on the other hand did venture to Bali for the Oakley World Pro Junior to mix it up with the best pro juniors in, well, the world. In case you didn’t pay attention to the event one bit (that was eventually won by Aussies Jack Freestone and Tyler Wright) both Keramas and Canggu lit up for the majority of the contest. Conner took full advantage: he knocked out the top seed Alejo Muniz in Round 3, decimated Krystian Kymerson in Round 4 by 15.43 points, pulled into the biggest pits of each day (see the above shot), kept an active nightlife, and ended up coming away with an equal 5th from the event. Not a bad little trip to Bali if you ask us.
