Party With etnies At The U.S. Open

August 2, 2010 (Lake Forest, CA) – In honor of the biggest Orange County surf event of the year, etnies is providing surfers and surf fans five different ways to party at the U.S. Open over the course of four days, Aug. 4 – 7. The etnies crew will be hosting parties stretching from Huntington Beach to Newport Beach with pro surfer guest bartenders, a team signing, a screening of the film 180° South and more.

etnies Party at Sharkeez Huntington Beach: Wednesday, Aug 4
Join etnies team riders and guest bartenders Benji Weatherly and Jamie O’Brien at 8 p.m. at Sharkeez in Huntington Beach, as they prove they can pour liquid almost as good as they can surf it. Guests should come early because happy hour starts at 3 p.m. and etnies will be hosting product giveaways. Sharkeez can be found at 211 Main St. in Huntington Beach.

etnies Surf Team Signing: Thursday, Aug. 5
Fans are invited to come high-five the etnies Surf Team while getting some autographs. Brett Simpson, Benji Weatherly, Jamie O’Brien, Eric Geiselman, Mason Ho and CJ Kanuha are all scheduled to meet with fans at Jack’s on Main St. in Huntington Beach from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.

180-southetnies U.S. Open (Bar) Party & Screening of 180° South: Thursday, Aug. 5
The party continues from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. in Newport Beach at the etnies U.S. Open (Bar) party. The event will feature a special screening of 180° South, Chris Malloy’s latest film, with a special appearance by Chris and Dan Malloy. The party will keep flowing with Primo beer and cocktails. The waterfront lofts are located on the Newport Peninsula.

etnies x KROQ Party at Perqs: Friday and Saturday, Aug. 6 and 7
etnies and KROQ’s street team will be broadcasting live all day on Friday and Saturday from Perqs Nite Club & Sports Bar in Huntington Beach, with live bands starting at 9 p.m. etnies will be holding product giveaways and Perqs will be offering drink specials. Perqs is located at 117 Main Street in Huntington Beach.
