4/12/10: Hermosa Beach, Ca- Spyder Surfboards is proud to present Surf Fest 3, Saturday, April 17th on the Hermosa Beach Pier Plaza. Following the success of the last two years, Spyder Surfboards has again joined together with the City of Hermosa Beach and the Southern California Surf Industry for another exciting Legends of Surf Weekend.
Surf Fest 3 will feature two music stages this year, including the Rockstar Energy Drink main stage, where free-surfing guru Donavon Frankenreiter will headline the live performances. Also appearing on the main stage will be the ever-popular Spyder Girls fashion show, showcasing all the latest styles in ladies bikinis and surf fashion.
“This year’s event is definitely exciting for us, with Donavon playing for the first time. He fits the vibe of the event perfectly, and I’m really looking forward to him jamming live in front of the shop. Also, Hurley is bringing a smaller stage that will feature some acoustic sets and live art exhibitions. Should be a great time for all.” – said Spyder Surfboard’s owner and shaper Dennis Jarvis.
The beachside plaza will be packed with promotional teams and industry leaders from the biggest and best surf brands, including Billabong, Hurley, Volcom, Electric, Quiksilver, Reef, Rip Curl, Roxy, Sanuk, L-Space and many, many more. There will be free give-aways, fun games, great vibes and something entertaining for everyone.
