As you may have read, Snapper Rocks is back! After a dead flat January, the precious sand at Snapper Rocks (site of the 2010 ASP World Championship Tour opening event the Quiksilver Pro) vanished, prompting Gold Coast officials to pump sand into the lineup thus reinvigorating one of the world’s most rippable waves. Check out this Go Pro footy from one of the Goldy’s best, Josh Kerr, as he pulls in right in front of the razor sharp reef at the top of the point.
The Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast ramps up February 27 and goes through March 10.
