FUEL TV Re-Signs As Official Television Partner of the ASP Women’s World Tour
COOLANGATTA, Australia (Friday, December 4, 2009) – ASP International is pleased to announce that FUEL TV has re-signed as the official television media partner of the ASP Women’s World Tour for the 2010 season.
“We are thrilled to extend our partnership with FUEL TV for another term,” Brodie Carr, ASP International CEO, said. “Fuel has been a long-term supporter of the ASP and women’s surfing and we look forward to another successful year on the ASP Women’s World Tour.”
Into their fourth year as a partner of the ASP Women’s World Tour, FUEL TV excels at bringing the public both the nonstop action of women’s surfing as well as in-depth behind-the-scenes views into the lives of the world’s best female surfers.
“FUEL TV is excited to continue as the television partner for the ASP Women’s World Tour,” says Scott Paridon, FUEL TV VP of Production and Programming. “We’ve been producing and airing these amazing contests for the last four years. It’s a really important way for us to help promote women’s surfing through our networks in the United States, Australia, and Portugal, and having our shows distributed to many other countries across the globe. Our producers work closely with the athletes on tour to cover more than just the contests – bringing out the personalities, highlighting the local scenes, and showing off the lifestyles these talented women live.”
