According to a report on www.globalsurfnews.com, Frenchman Jeremy Flores donated his 9th place winnings (over $6,000) from the Quiksilver Pro Gold Coast to victims of the Victoria Bush Fires, which left over 200 people dead and 7,000 homeless. With a red hot girlfriend in WCT’er Bruna Schmitz, a big heart (see above), and a legit shot at the world title, this kid has got it going on! Well done Jeremy!—JC
